Please arrive at the Spa 10 minutes early to ensure you have time to get settled and enjoy a full service experience. Late arrival may result in a shortening of your service time.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge that is equal to your scheduled service fee.

In order to book an appointment, we need to have your credit card information to prevent no shows and last minute cancellations.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services, please let us know within 7 days, and we will take you in for a one time adjustment at no additional cost.
